Alex Barker
Alex Barker is the Senior Vice President and CIO for Mountain America Credit Union.  He began his service at the growing credit union seven years ago when he was hired as a network administrator, and has since moved up the ranks to CIO. At the time he was hired, the credit union had about 15 servers but with Mountain America’s steady growth, they now have over 200. Barker is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate. He lives with his wife Emily and two children, Sadie and Jack in Riverton, Utah and enjoys mountain biking, skiing and other outdoor activities.

Jade Beckman
JadeBeckman is the Vice President of Consumer Lending at Mountain America. He oversees auto, RV, indirect lending, credit card, student and home equity lending and serves on the credit union’s loan committee and rate committee.  Jade has been in the credit union and banking industry for over 18 years.  He got his start at Mountain America Credit Union as a part time teller while attending college in 1992.  Jade was part of the startup staff at Volkswagen Bank USA where he helped launch the bank’s home equity operation and credit policy.

He is the proud father of 5 children including twin boys.  His interests include fly fishing, hiking the beautiful mountains of Utah, travelling and spending time with his family and cheering for the Utes.  He and his wife Brandy reside in Clinton, Utah.

Nick Bloxham
Nick Bloxham is an Insurance Products Manager. He has worked in the Financial Services Industry in many capacities for the past 13 years. Getting his start in retail banking; Nick held multiple lending and branch management positions for Mountain America Credit Union. Currently Nick manages retail & institutional insurance programs for Mountain America Credit Union through its primary subsidiary Mountain America Financial Services, LLC (MAFS). Nick has in-depth experience building and managing multiple insurance agency subsidiaries such as property & Casualty, Life Insurance and ancillary products and insurance lines that are essential to  financial institutions and their customers.

Sharon Cook
Sharon Cook is the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Public Relations and Web at Mountain America Credit Union. She is responsible for the company’s marketing and public relations departments, overseeing strategy development and implementation, brand management, community affairs and member acquisition.  She is an experienced executive with extensive knowledge of marketing technologies, real estate and financial services.

Sharon is highly active in community volunteerism, and has served on committees or in board positions for the American Heart Association, Huntsman Cancer Institute, Primary Children’s Medical Center, Coldwell Banker Community Foundation, Community Treatment Alternatives, Boys and Girls Club, United Way and numerous others. She is married and has four sons.

Rob Cummings
H. Robert “Rob” Cummings is a technology and business visionary with executive and hands-on experience in building multi-million dollar ecommerce online and mobile systems. He comes from Seamless.com, the nation’s leading source of local restaurant information and mobile/online ordering, where he spent the last 9 years as CTO.

Prior to Seamless, Rob spent 3 years as a founding consultant with Spring2 technologies, where he led teams that did custom development technology projects for businesses, and 6 years with Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, where he was a programmer and business analyst.Rob was educated at Brigham Young University and Weber State University, where he graduated summa cum laude in software engineering.

David Doria

David Doria is the Vice President and SBA Manager of Mountain America Credit Union. He has spent most of his career in commercial lending and credit. Prior to coming to Mountain America, he was a Bank Chief Credit Officer, a Regional Credit Manager over 4 western states and an SBA Division Manager for a 12 state regional bank. David is a native of Wisconsin, has three children and currently resides in Centerville, Utah.

Jared Johnstone

Jared Johnstone is the Vice President of Deposit Operations and Business Services for Mountain America Credit Union, where he administers all of the credit union’s deposit programs. Jared has worked for Mountain America since March 1991 and was the key researcher and program coordinator for Mountain America’s entry into the small business banking market in late 2002. Since that time, Jared has consulted with nearly 40 other credit unions in helping design and establish small business banking services.

Jared is a small business owner himself. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Utah and is a graduate of the Southern Region Credit Union Management School at the University of Georgia.

Dave PoulsonDave Poulson is the Vice President for Business Lending for Mountain America.  As such he is responsible for all business lending at the Credit Union.  He manages the Commercial Real Estate Department and also the SBA Department reports to him. Dave has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years.  He enjoys spending time with his family in Southern Utah, especially his ten grandchildren.

Tony Rasmussen
Tony Rasmussen is Senior Vice President of eServices for Mountain America Credit Union. He has worked in financial services for the past 24 years, joining the team at Mountain America Credit Union in 1993. His current responsibilities include online/mobile banking and bill pay, ATM and card services, call center and research, business services and deposit operations.

Rob Woellhaf
Rob Woellhaf is the Assistant Vice President of Fraud for Mountain America Credit Union and has been with Mountain America for over seven years. Rob is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and holds a degree in Criminal Justice. Currently, he lives in the Salt Lake City area.
